This event includes merchandise options for the event.
Incorporating merchandise into events serves a dual purpose. Firstly, it allows you to gather things like attendees' t-shirt sizes during the registration process, and secondly, it presents an opportunity to upsell merchandise options for the event.
There are multiple configuration options available. For instance, you can provide each attendee with a complimentary t-shirt and offer them the chance to purchase other merchandise items to enhance their overall experience.
Additionally, in this example, we have included four additional questions that seamlessly integrate with the CRM system. However, we have also added one question that does not connect with the CRM. Any data that is not sent to your chosen CRM can be accessed in the hapi reports and downloaded.
